Today's excerpt

Jeffrey Ira Gould

"When the woods go silent,
panic will find you, as it did me,
and you will careen through the forest
as if you never went to school,
or learned the words north, or moss.
Botany will not save you."

            "Rocking With The Trees"

Jeffrey composes rhythmically nuanced stories

resonating like anthems in a minor key.
